Social-Emotional Learning Survey

The Social-Emotional Learning Survey is designed to help parents and children identify their social-emotional strengths and weaknesses. The survey consists of six questions that assess a child's ability to regulate their emotions, empathize with others, resolve conflicts, communicate their emotions and needs effectively, persevere in the face of challenges, and set and achieve goals.
